Well, you have two options:
a) You can configure the trackpad so that tapping two fingers == right click,
b) Buy a standard mouse. They work no problem with Macs. Special software (e.g. Logitech's SetPoint) is a problem however; no Mac version for that.
I'd suggest (b). It's way easier. :)
Also. Even the best of MacBooks doesn't have a dedicated video card; only Intel's 950 - not really the best for gaming. So you might wanna go for MacBook Pro there.

True, true.
However, if you are gonna buy a Mac laptop with any sort of gaming in mind, MBP is certainly a better choice.
